Description
Product Description & Mechanism
Our TPE overmolding compatibilizers are maleic anhydride grafted elastomers based on POE, PE, PP, or SEBS. They improve compatibility among TPE components and help fillers disperse in the matrix. They also raise interfacial polarity, which produces strong bonding when TPE is overmolded onto nylon. Specific grades can adjust hardness, improve heat resistance, or increase surface wear resistance.
Key Features
- Improves compatibility and filler dispersion in TPE compounds.
- KT-2518E improves heat resistance of modified TPE.
- KT-153A increases hardness and surface wear resistance.
